Booking Notes

  • To secure your reservation, a $500 security deposit is required at the time of booking
  • There is a fixed cleaning charge of $240 on every booking. (This is the amount we’re charged by our cleaning company!)
  • Additional guests above 4 will incur an additional flat charge of $25 per guest per stay. (Linen charges from the cleaning company)
  • We’re very happy for you to bring your pet, but please be aware that a $100 surcharge applies.

What Happens Next?

Find some available dates, fill out the form and click Request. We’ll review the dates to make sure there’s no clashes with Airbnb and VRBO (because, technology…) and get back to you via email with confirmation. We aim to get you a response within 24 hours.

Once approved, you’ll be asked to provide a Security Deposit of $500 at the time of booking. This deposit is held by us until 3 days after your stay, at which time it’s fully refunded subject to a post-stay inspection. Please read our full T&C’s here

30 days before your booking, you’ll be sent a reminder email to pay the full amount of the reservation. If you haven’t made the payment by 14 days before your booking date, your reservation will automatically be cancelled and a full refund of your Security Deposit will be provided. Likewise, if your plans change and you’d like to cancel your booking, you can do so via the email you’re sent (up until 14 days before your reservation date) for a full refund of both the booking and the Security Deposit. Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for cancellations less than 7 days prior to your stay, but your security deposit will of course be returned.

Please note that at this time, all payments are via bank transfer. We don’t currently support credit card payments on our website. If you’d like to use a credit card, feel free to book directly through our Airbnb or VRBO listings.
